Partners will fill out the "319 Hours Tracking Form" and "In-kind Supplies tracking Report" on a quarterly basis and submit to the River Raisin Watershed Council for contractor and volunteer hours and in-kind supplies. (An example of volunteer hours is time spent preparing for and attending meetings)
The reports are posted on the web site (see links on navigation bar at right side of window) and are available for downloading. They were created in Excel and have formulas to calculate hours and rate. If you have Excel, please fill out and e-mail to the council (Gayle.Mitchell@comcast.net). The reports are also be available in PDF format if you do not have Excel and can be downloaded and printed and then mailed to the council.
Volunteer Rates are as follows for In-Kind Hours:
$5.15 for general volunteers - Volunteers with no professional background in the particular area they are volunteering for but participate and share their opinions and concerns or volunteer their labor for projects.
$17.55 for professionals working outside their professional capacity - Volunteers with a knowledge of the subject they are volunteering for but it is not what they do for a living.
$17.55 for professionals working in their professional capacity - Volunteers who are employed or make their living in the particular area for which they are volunteering.
Quarter End Dates: March 31, 2006, June 30, 2006, September 30, 2006 and December 31, 2006.
All reports will be due the following dates: April 10, 2006, July 10, 2006, October 10, 2006, January 10, 2007
