The RRWC Executive Committee is elected at the annual spring meeting of the Council. The nine members, who must be delegates of member units in good standing, are elected for two-year terms, staggered, and each member may serve for up to four years consecutively. Nominations for the Executive Committee are sent out to delegates 30 days in advance of the spring meeting, or may be made from the floor at the meeting.
